Pick-up or delivery by messenger, sales-staff or other courier at points specially designated by the customer (e.g. home, office, airport, restaurant) are not part of BAECHTOLD LIMITED’S services. While BAECHTOLD LIMITED may agree to arrange such irregular and extra pick-ups and/or deliveries, they are subject to Baechtold Limited’s express agreement, availablity of relyable couriers, special charges, security considerations and strict limitations on BAECHTOLD LIMITED’S liabilities.
