Watch Service

Watches are precision instruments that need servicing regularly. Scratches, dents and damages need repairing. BAECHTOLD LIMITED is equipped to service and repair watches for which we are authorized dealer. We work closely with our trade partners to offer special solutions.

Other Brands

For reasons of product and service liabilities, we do not accept to repair, overhaul, repolish or otherwise service other brands for which we are not authorized dealer.

Jewelry

Jewelry needs regular cleaning and occasional sizing. Weakened mechanical parts or other damages may need repairing. We repair, repolish and rebuild jewelry, and recut damaged gems. The aim is always to refurbish jewelry so that it can continue to be enjoyed.

Sizing

Sizing of CADEAUX JEWELRY’S wide-shanked rings, other than in standard jewelry, normaly require a ring-shank, at times an entire ring, to be rebuilt. Even when difficult, we offer solutions.

Charges

Repairs, services and deliveries are subject to charges. Standard services, such as changes of batteries or straps, are subject to pricing provided at our Service Centers and Contact Points. For overhauls or for the repair of movements, cases and bracelets, for the exchange of parts, the repolishing of watches, and for the repair or refurbishment of jewelry, we provide quotations, which are submitted to the customer for confirmation before a service is carried out.
